Can I let you in on a little secret? My session with Krista and Conner was one of my all-time favorites. I know, I’ve said that before. But this time, I literally just had to walk out my back door and into this session. I really love the fields behind my house and I was so glad to be able to shoot a couple there! Ottawa summers are really some kind of magic. We had a beautiful night walking around private, wildflower-filled fields.

They had a gorgeous summer wedding at a golf club in Carleton Place, Ontario. Laura and Josh had to change their plans quite a bit due to COVID, but their day ended up being wonderful.

These two have both been competitively drag racing since they were very young (he was 6 when he started and she was 13!) and sort of knew each other off and on through the competitions. During the 2018 racing, they quickly hit it off and fell madly in love with one another.

These two pulled off a “mini” wedding that was an absolute delight for me to capture. The wedding was held in Jamie’s parents’ backyard in Brockville, Ontario which made for a significant and sentimental setting.
