Laid Back Summer Engagement Session on Big Rideau Lake

The vibes of this dreamt sunset engagement session were EVERYTHING! We had so much fun with Jessica and Jeremy for their laid back summer engagement session. It was so relaxed and we spent the night listening to country music as I captured these stunning photos for them while the sun was setting over the field. I shot a fall session for them before they got engaged, so as soon as they were engaged, Jessica knew she wanted to reach out! And I couldn’t have been happier to shoot with them again.

This stunning summer engagement session on Big Rideau Lake (fun fact, is where I’m from!) was shot at Jessica’s family cottage. Having a place that is personal to you for your photo sessions really adds such a special touch to your photos! You could tell right off the bat that Jessica and Jeremy felt comfortable shooting here. Jessica and Jeremy brought their dog, Ella, and she was so sweet! Another special touch to add to their romantic engagement photos. I’m hoping to see Ella on their wedding day too!
