Tessa spent the morning getting ready with her bridesmaids right in the comfort of her own home. If I could describe this wedding in a sentence, it would be a laid back, controlled chaos wedding day! “We met in college 7 years ago and clicked right away! We are not materialistic people by any means, an unplanned night always ends up being more fun then something planned out! We are 25 but act like we are 55 somedays! Love being outside and just enjoying ourselves. The wedding will be outdoors, big lit up tent for the reception and a HUGE dance floor (where you will find me and the girls all night)”
"Jordan proposed to me in our living room, doesn’t sound like much but we built this house together about 3 years ago so it was very sentimental to us! He also asked my dad for permission last fall while he was here visiting (I didn’t have a clue) which melts my heart!!”
Special Moments From Tessa + Jordan’s Sunshine Filled Wedding
I actually went to high school with Jordan! I met his wife, Tessa, at the doggy daycare because she was working there at the time (and now owns it! its called The Pup Patrol in Carleton Place, ON). Tessa put together all of the decor herself. Their dog, Oden, was a big part of the day and even walked down the aisle!
The ceremony took place under a large tree and the sun was shining! During the sunset, later in the day, we snuck out to the road and took photos with Jordans dad's vintage ford truck.. this was a staple for us as they also used the truck during their engagement session which you can see HERE!
