It was a bright and sunny day and they had their ceremony overlooking the St Lawrence River. It could not get any more perfect! A Classic Wedding at Isabel Bader Centre

We started the morning with bridal prep at the Whitney Manor. It was my first time there and I'm hoping all my Kingston couples start their day there! It is absolutely gorgeous. Morgan got ready with her bridesmaids and then we headed to the venue for the ceremony which was located on the outdoor deck that overlooks the St Lawrence River. I'm obsessed with this venue because of the many perks, you have stone builds, grass/fieldy area, the lake, etc. The initial curb appeal makes it look like it's just the building, but the sun sets perfectly here so there are AMPLE amount of photo locations on site!! The venue is ALL floor to ceiling windows!! It's so dreamy and so inviting. The perfect location for any Kingston couple looking to get married.

Morgan + Josh’s Love Story

“Josh and I ran in similar circles in high school but didn’t really get to know each other until university. We ended up at the University of Ottawa together, and his idea of a stellar pick up line was “you got hotter since high school.” After which, I told my best friend he “definitely doesn’t seem like boyfriend material.” Clearly, sparks did not fly immediately; however, 9 years later and we’ve got a house in Corbyville, the cutest German Shorthaired pointer named Clarke and we’re excited to get married.”

“We have a cottage that we go to all summer where we like to swim, fish and sit around a fire. When we’re not there, we’re usually knee deep into home renovations and do-it-yourself projects (just waiting to sign my contract with HGTV lol).”
